An Empty Space Transformed

Here we are at week 6 and construction is moving along at a very brisk pace. It wasn’t long ago that we were looking at a very large empty space.  Sometimes it’s hard to keep up with all the decisions but it is a lot of fun and very exciting to see the rapid progress!

You are going to love our waiting area which will have a high open ceiling with lots of natural light.  The drywall has been completed on all the walls that need to be full height right to the ceiling (as mentioned previously to minimize sound transfer). The exam rooms, quiet rooms, reception, offices, dog runs and some back perimeter walls have all been completed. Electricians, plumbers and HVAC guys continue to work away and the next two weeks will see the ceilings sprayed with acoustical insulation, ceiling grid will be installed and the duct work for HVAC going will be going in. All our new LED light fixtures have arrived and will also be installed as soon as the ceiling grid is complete.

Cabinets and flooring have all been decided on and ordered which is very exciting!  We can’t wait to see how it all comes together.
